Most repairs can be carried out the same day, depending on stock. For more complex repairs we estimate up to three working days.

Terms of Service

By handing an item into us you confirm you are the owner or have permission from the legal owner to do so.

The quote provided by us is only a quote, the price may change upon inspection, you will be notified of this before proceeding.

All items must be collected within 28 days of the date on your receipt, any items left for more than this will incur a £1 a day penalty on the 29th day.
After a further 28 days we will dispose of the item removing all parts fitted.

We are responsible for no data or SIM/memory cards, these are the legal owners responsibility, you should assume all the data on your item will be erased during repair.

Our minimum labor fee is £10.

Our standard warranty on all our repairs is 90 days, you must bring the item back to us before this time is up, items returned after 90 days will not be covered by our warranty. There are security seals fitted to all repaired items, any signs of tampering will void your warranty. Any signs of physical damage will void your warranty.

In the case where an LCD or screen has been fitted to a device, the warranty will be void from this item if the screen is damaged, we cannot replace a broken screen under warranty in any circumstance.

Anything sold will not be accepted for returned if the packing has been opened.
